Understanding and Responding Effectively to Sexual Harassment

Statistics show that sexual harassment is still prevalent in the workplace, despite it being illegal under the 2010 Equality Act.

This course will help staff to understand what sexual harassment is, in its many guises, and will show how they can be active in intervening and speaking out to stop sexual harassment from occurring. It will give them a solid understanding, equipping them with the tools and techniques to confidently support colleagues.

This highly interactive session is tailored to suit your organisation, and includes a mixture of discussion, reflection and activities designed to keep you engaged and learning throughout.
