Process

The process will vary depending on your issue, and will typically include some of the following elements:

  •      Discovery – we work with you to unpick and learn about the issues, background, context and people

  •      Diagnosis – a process and methodology is suggested to move the situation forwards

  •      Methods – these may include: semi-structured interviews, research, facilitation, workshop(s)

  •      Findings – each assignment is often completed with a Findings Workshop and further recommendations
