The Situation

The company was keen to improve email management and communication across the organisation.  

The Emailogic Solution

The Emailogic 90 minute seminar was delivered to 17 staff at their Bristol office including the Head Partner and Head of IT. The effectiveness of the training was monitored with pre and post course questionnaires. 

The Results

The seminar was very well received and delegates applied the skills and techniques immediately to their email practice.The number of times staff accessed their emails dropped by a significant -43.5%.The overall average time spent on email every day reduced by a staggering -65.8 minutes per person. 

As a result Emailogic were asked to train the Training Manager at Veale Wasbrough so she could deliver the training internally under an Emailogic license to all Veale Wasbrough staff. 

The time saved by the delegates who attended the initial pilot amounts to 607 days every year.  

The value of this time is equal to over 13 times the cost of the consequent rollout.
