The more time people spend on email, the bigger they feel are their problems with it. The chart shows time spent on email from left to right along the bottom (0-30 minutes per day up to 121+ minutes per day). It is apparent that for each of the problems measured, the occurrence increases up the vertical scale.
We also see that the more time people spend on email, the greater the time they can typically save: people spending at least three hours a day on email will stand to regain about 70 minutes each.
