"That was brilliant. I loved it. Fantastic! " Mark Yovich - President Ticketmaster International
"Over the next four years, however, we expect corporate email accounts to increase at a faster pace than consumer email accounts."
Marc has a rich background spanning Psychology, Information Technology, HR and Theatre. He originally trained as an engineer, then as a professional actor after which he trod the boards for 6 years.
For the past 20 years he has been involved in helping companies get the most out of technology by changing human behaviour.
In 1998 Marc was involved in a research study funded by 25 major IT vendors including IBM, Microsoft, BT, Cable and Wireless and Hewlett Packard. The results proved compelling.
HR departments in many businesses were having little or no input into IT strategy, overlooking the human aspects of email use. This meant staff were not skilled in effective use of the medium of email. As a result, overload, stress, wasted time and poor working relationships were snowballing.
Based on this evidence Marc founded Emailogic since then he has been advising companies on how best to use email training within their organisational environments.
Marc, assisted by several top human behavioural training specialists, designed a simple solution for implementing complete email best practice throughout an organisation, regardless of size, sophistication or market sector.
The solution’s success has since been proven time and time again for over 17 years.
From senior staff in major banks, to central command teams in the police, to academics in the top universities, to consultants in the NHS, Emailogic has changed behaviours, reduced stress and given people back huge amounts of time that would otherwise be spent dealing with unnecessary emails.
Marc regularly speaks at conferences and large company events. His audiences are always left enriched, entertained, and enlivened. He will empower you and your organisation to go forwards with new ways of cutting stress and the pain of information overload.
